Term: The Miami International Auto Show Vehicle Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on November 2, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on November 18, 2012 at 11:00 P.M. EST ("Term").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are above the age of majority in the state or territory in which they reside at the time of entry. Employees, agents, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) of South Florida Automobile Dealers Association, Inc. are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How To Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

1) You can complete an official entry form at the South Florida International Auto Show during the Term providing the information requested. Once the entry is completed, with your name, address, phone number and email address and submitted, you will receive one (1) entry.

2)You can mail-in an official entry form during the Term found on http://www.sfliautoshow.net/, the South Florida International Auto Show and participating McDonald's® Restaurants. Print the information requested with your name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address and phone number and mail to: 625 N.E. 124th Street, North Miami, Florida 33161. Illegible entries and entries with P.O. boxes are void.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or entries not received in time for drawing. All entries must be post marked no later than November 18, 2012 at 12:00 A.M. EST ("Term"). Limit one(1) sweepstakes entry per person, address, or email address no matter what method of entry is used. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void thatparticipant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. Sponsor will not accept forged, altered, mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries.

Prizes: Sponsor will award 2013 Chevrolet Spark. Approximate retail value of the prize: $14,000.00.

Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Term on November 20, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. (EST), from among all eligible entries received throughout the Term. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. Potential winners will be contacted by e-mail or by phone at the e-mail address or phone number provided on the registration page or the mail-in entry. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within four (4) calendar days of notification. Failure to return the documents and/or requested information, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. The prize will be fulfilled 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Odds of winning each prize are dependent upon number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Any and all taxes and costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting any prize, winners consent to use of his/her name or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Marketing and Trademark: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners consent to Sponsors' and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

relevant third party. No license, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or

Marketing/Participants: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and for marketing and promotion by us or affiliated or unaffiliated merchants or companies.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Force Majeure: The failure of the Releasees to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Releasees (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Disputes: Except where prohibited or otherwise outlined in these Official Rules, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out- of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.
