Driving Directions

SOUTHBOUND
I-95 south to I-195, then east across Julia Tuttle Causeway to Miami Beach. Take Alton Road south to 17th Street, then east to Convention Center Drive.

NORTHBOUND
US-1 and I-95 north, then I-395 east across MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach. Take Alton Road north to 17th Street, then east to Convention Center Drive.

EASTBOUND
From West Dade or the Turnpike Extension, use 836 X-Way. It becomes I-395 at I-95 and crosses MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach. Take Alton Road north to 17th Street, then east to Convention Center Drive.

Directions by Airport Transfers

Visitors arriving by plane can rest assured knowing that public transportation to the convention center can be fast and inexpensive. If arriving at Miami International Airport taxi cab rides to Miami Beach are no longer the only option. Miami-Dade public transit now let's you "fly" from Miami International Airport to Miami Beach for just $2.35 on the Airport Flyer:

Airport Flyer Services run 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week, every 30 minutes Route begins at MIA  concludes at Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue $2.35 each way Buses equipped with luggage racks and comfortable seating.

Visitors to the Auto Show must exit at the Washington Avenue and 17th Street stop. The Miami Beach Convention Center is within 10-minute walking distance from this stop just a few blocks away. However, visitors can also transfer to the South Beach Local bus route from this stop and exit immediately on Convention Center Drive.

Directions by Public Transit Transfers

For any resident wishing to connect to the Miami Beach Convention Center via public transportation, several Metrobus and Metrorail routes are available depending on your starting location.
